  1. The Thursday evening’s Introduction to The Practice of Living Awareness Meditation was very well organized.. The images demonstrated the ideas being presented and were colorful and beautifully filled with light. I particularly liked the list of benefits both for the novice and the long-time meditating person who may have forgotten some of the joyful benefits of meditating. The information was presented simply but with depth. The presenter’s tone of voice was soft and very appealing adding a precious quality to her presentation. Very worthwhile evening.

    This practice provides you with a wonderful opportunity to learn a wide range of meditation experiences from a very loving and caring meditation teacher!
