Entry: Smile – Day 2


img_9832Smiles not only make us feel happy, but they also help reduce stress levels. In fact, smiles have a positive effect on many areas of our lives and the lives of the people who surround us. Sounds a bit like meditation, huh?

Day 2 of this week’s Entry Level meditations explores why we start each sitting within the Practice of Living Awareness with a smile. We then take these pondering, and benefits, into meditation. Enjoy!
