With the first steps of the Practice of Living Awareness, we are simply moving toward making ourselves available to meditation… or better yet, making ourselves available to being meditative. Step 1’s Smile says, “yes, I’m here.” Step 2’s Tip of the Nose has a look around. After all, being meditative is about being right… “here.”
