As we begin a new round of Living Awareness meditations today, it’s with a smile. We’ll be here (or in your inbox) every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for the next many months. May it be so that each of the guided meditations we offer assists you in clearing away unnecessary distortions from your mind, moves you toward an unlimited free-flow of joy, and inspires you to make meditation an every-day part of your waking hours (the third perk assures the first two).
