Right under your nose.



Step 2 of the Practice of Living Awareness is “Tip of the Nose.” What happens there? A lot! And it’s a natural place to rest your focus. While you’re there, rest up, get comfortable, then have a look around… but not too far beyond the periphery of the tip of your nose. The goings-on of the breath will gently pique your interest. Dynamic goings-on! It’s a world unto itself. Let’s go there…
