Noticing the usually not noticed.


Certain processes within meditation emphasize the withdrawal of the senses, but this in no way suggesting that you “check out.” For instance, closing the eyes, so as to eliminate visual distractions, has more to do with “checking in” than “checking out.” When you close your eyes, your focus moves to your inner-world… and, if I may be so bold, there’s every bit as much happening within your inner-world as your outer-world – and perhaps more.
