Step 3

 

We begin a new step with a familiar concept – flow. We have all experienced flow in a multitude of ways. Time flows, especially when you are full of enthusiasm. Rivers flow, especially when the seasons have been balanced with sun & rain and heat & cold. Breath flows, especially when we are at peace and feeling well.

Movement, or flow, is natural; in fact, it’s fundamental to our existence. When the world stops turning and when the blood stops flowing… the end. If you’re here, you’re immersed in flow. Go with it.
