There are levels of density to everything in our world… seen and unseen. Ice is denser than water. Water is denser than steam. The density of a substance is the relationship between the mass of the substance and how much space it takes up… or, simply put, how tightly it’s packed in.
Emotions have a density to them. Anger can be seen and felt by anyone who comes into contact with it… whether you like it or not. There are dense minds as well… seemingly impenetrable to anything new. As we get lighter, or less dense, in the body, mind and spirit, we become more flexible and, in a sense, more permeable. We become more receptive. In terms of the mind, flexibility allows for insight, inspiration, and intuition. In fact, it allows for perspectives that are out of this world!
