Flow Meditation – Day 2. Patience is being at peace with the flow of life. Wisdom is striving to live in harmony with the flow of life – as it is – in any given moment. One aspect of that wisdom is that we are all in this together, creating the world around us, breath by breath and day by day.
A meditation practice will generate positive effects in your life. Your practice will also have positive effects on those around you. As the truth and the light of your being expresses in the world – it flows from you and to everyone in your experience. Create ease within your meditations and watch that ease surface in the world around you. It’s all in the flow.
