Replacing the Old with the New



Soften, Open, Release Meditation – Day 3. Meditation not only affects our own lives but the lives of those around us. A regular meditation practice can play an influencial part in creating harmonious relationships. As we get to know the inner-workings of the mind, we have more control over our thoughts and the words we choose to present those thoughts. Speech gives form to thought;  it makes our thoughts available to others. What are you creating with your words? Do they empower? Do they inspire? Or do they harm? Regardless, they began with a thought and some of them are worth celebrating, and some are worth releasing. Create space through meditation so that there is plenty of room for you, your thoughts, and the positivity that is possible. Happy meditating!
