Human being. Being human. Being still. Still being. Being grounded. Grounded being. Yes, meditation accentuates all of these states of being.
The last two steps involved working with the mind. For Step 11, we acknowledge this precious fact: the lighted awareness that we have generated by consciously engaging various aspects of the mind would not be possible if it weren’t for this incredible vessel that is our body and our being, as well as the dynamic stage upon which it expresses.
Precious facts pervade dynamic stages while lighted awarenesses permeate incredible vessels… its all a part of this thing called life… and we bring it down to the ground in meditation this week.
