May You Know Peace and Ease

As the news of the week rolls out, it is easy to default to focusing on our differences and on that which separates us. And so it is the perfect time to generate some heart focused positivity and offer it to those in need. A loving-kindness meditation reminds us to see ourselves in others and others in ourselves. Namaste.
