Asana Meditation – Day 2 What are the various parts that have come together to make the whole of you? Certainly these are not limited to your physical apparatus. As we include all of the cooperative components in our awareness, we support the fullness of our being. Proper physical asana allows the body to be comfortable for your time in meditation. Proper emotional asana generates equanimity. Proper mental asana generates clarity. All of this supports receptivity. Receptive and meditative. Could these two words be the same? Indeed.
