Tip of the Nose Meditation – Day 1  Step 2… the 2nd week. The number 2 is awesome because, well… have a listen. It is RE-vealed in the meditation (that’s a hint).

Tip of the Nose is the second step of the Practice of Living Awareness. This spot is a natural place to rest your focus. In this meditation, we’ll show you how RE-turning there not only returns balance, but opens you up to greater meditative perception.
