Living Awareness Meditation – Day 2 Meditation offers us the opportunity to create clarity and spaciousness, both of which allow distortions to fall away and awareness to naturally arise. The result of all meditation practices is increased awareness and with that comes a mindful approach to life and life choices. Peace resides within the realm of mindfulness – as do detachment, contentment, wonder, compassion, inspiration, wisdom, and well-being.
The Practice of Living Awareness is designed to bring forward the spacious awareness that is innate in all of us. For this final step of the practice, meditation has done its work because you have done yours. Learning to meditate requires a bit of time, right-effort, and dedication. Most importantly, it requires the choice to give yourself something which only you can give – the gift of awareness.
