Breathing With and In The World



Step #3, Flow – Day 3. We’ve been ending each meditation with a mantra of sorts. It moves us through breathing light into the mind, breathing light into our feeling nature, breathing light into our physical body, and breathing light into our sense of self. The mind, the emotions, and the physical body are all aspects of our ‘self.’ Each is a vehicle for expressing light, or awareness. These are all affirmed and, in a way, celebrated with this mantra at the end of each meditation. Today’s meditation is dedicated to those vehicles, those lighted aspects of our selves. Enjoy.
