Step #6, Heart-Mind – Day 2  As time spent at a distance from one another becomes more of a long-term reality than a short term one, the potential to default to focusing on our differences and on that which separates us increases. It is the perfect time to generate some heart-focused positivity. A loving-kindness meditation reminds us to see ourselves in others and others in ourselves. Find yourself in that open space… and move forward. Namaste.
