Step # 14, Living Awareness Meditation – Day 1  Meditation offers us the opportunity to create space for awareness. Ultimately, the result of all meditation practices is increased awareness. With that comes a mindful approach to life, relationships, and ourselves. We may also discover peace along the way and a bit more wonder, compassion, wisdom, and well-being.

The Practice of Living Awareness is designed to bring forward the spacious awareness that is innate in all of us. At the final step within the practice, meditation has done its work because you have done yours. Learning to meditate requires a bit of time, right-effort, and dedication. More importantly, it requires the choice to give yourself something which only you can give – the gift of awareness. As that choice becomes forefront in your life, you become part of the energy that can change worlds.

Life is your practice of living awareness.
