Flow Forward

Flow Meditation – Day 3 “Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them; that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.” – Lao Tzu, author of Tao Te Ching.

There is a time to take a stand, to act, and to say, “No!” There is also a time to allow, to acquiesce, and to simply be with reality as it is. Practicing both in their appropriate time-space is healthy and realistic. Sitting with the breath in meditation is a valuable way to experience the latter.
