Smile Meditation – Day 2
While a smile has a vibrational ripple effect that extends far beyond our perceptive reach, we can immediately sense the goodness that wearing one and sharing one brings.
Smiles not only make us feel happy, but they also help reduce stress levels in the body and lead us in the direction of optimistic mental approaches to situations. They have a positive effect on many areas of your life… and the lives of the people who surround you. Sounds a bit like meditation, huh?
Today, we put that goodness to use by creating ease and gentleness from head to toe. Actually, toe to head.
