Smile – Day 2
When we make a conscious effort to bring a smile to our practice we also bring about a whole shift in our attitude towards the practice. The whole meditation game should be done with an atmosphere of unconditional friendliness. This way we can cultivate seeds of kindness and compassion for our speedy minds.
The first step to this is to simply use our smile as a reminder to check in with ourselves with honesty and kindness. How are you doing in this very moment?
