Being with Kindness

Heart-Mind – Day 2  Election Day certainly has the potential to default us toward focusing on our differences rather than our commonalities; on that which separates us, rather than that which unites us. “The day after” is the perfect opportunity to generate some heart-focused positivity. A loving-kindness meditation reminds us to see ourselves in others and others in ourselves. Find yourself in that open space… and then move forward. The words to this guided meditation are below.
