Asana – Day 2

How we sit reflects how we feel. Posture is the foundation of our practice. An incorrect posture reflects our ability to pay attention to this moment and how we feel. If it’s too lose we doze off, and if we sit with rigidity and tightness we meet frustration and striving. Let’s dive back to our posture and explore what it feels like to just exist in this body.
