As we begin a new round of meditations today, we do so with a smile. We’ll be here every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for the next several months guiding you through Spirit Fire’s meditation practice, the Practice of Living Awareness. May these recorded sittings serve as an invitation to go within and offer yourself some goodness, care, and kindness. And may they serve as a reminder that you don’t have to look far to find those qualities—they are innate to your very being!
Meditation draws us in to the present moment and asks, “What is here now?” “What are the possibilities for this moment?” Perhaps this is the moment for quiet.
