Soften, Open, and Receive

Our Week 4 practice brings awareness to three powerful qualities: soft, open, and receptive. We might also consider these choices: softening, opening, and receiving. These are very powerful choices.

We begin with the breath. While we receive  oxygen on every inhale, all day and all night, sometimes consciously and sometimes unconsciously, becoming intimate with this occurrence creates powerful shifts toward being fully present in the moment.

“We soften so as to open, we open so as to receive.” So simple, yet so revealing.
