If you’ve been meditating with us regularly for this round of the Practice of Living Awareness, it is our sincere hope that there is a certain fullness to your experience thus far. Fullness of any kind leads to an interlude… or a pause.
An interlude is a space between activities.
Interludes are important. They allow us to integrate. This week we allow all of the parts of the practice to blend into a cooperative whole. Might you say you’ve established a meditation practice with all of the tools you’ve acquired in the last many weeks? Perhaps.
Happy meditating.
