Energy follows thought; this is factual. As we marry the body, breath, and mind through gentle guidance, we can create altitude and poise, which supports every aspect of our being. This allows for presence.

Proper physical asana allows the body to be comfortable for your time in meditation. Proper emotional asana generates availability and equanimity. Proper mental asana generates spaciousness and clarity. All of this supports receptivity. Receptive to what? The possibility of joy.
