Author: Carol Martin

Carol Martin B.A., RMT “When we learn to listen, the body, mind, and soul direct us perfectly.” A former world-class athlete, Carol held the Canadian women’s title in the discus event for seven years and competed for 10 years on the national track and field team. She has also coached younger athletes and taught fitness classes. Carol graduated from York University with a B.A. in 1975 and from the Sutherland Chan School of Massage (R.M.T.) in 1982. Since 1989 she has been associated with the International Network of Esoteric Healing as a teacher and practitioner. Along with Therapeutic Massage, Carol uses Esoteric Healing (Energy Body Healing), Ortho-Bionomy, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, and Spiraldynamik Therapy. In the past she pursued her interest in “movement” by studying various forms of dance for more than 25 years. This life long passion with human movement, health, and expression led her to create the innovative Enlightened Living Seminar™. This class establishes a foundation for everyday living with greater physical ease, emotional calm, and most importantly, breath. The skills are easily integrated into daily living: “tools for a life time” to improve one’s health, centre in the heart, and support the full expression of one’s potential.
