Forgiveness is simply softening to the moment, opening to a new experience, and receiving the all that life has to offer. The body and the breath offer us the experience with every breath. Out the window, here in New England, nature offers us remarkable examples as well… the snow and ice are softening to the warm sun and the ground is receiving the moisture, as well as the warmth, and all is coming alive again. We take this into meditation today. Enjoy.
