This is what is being cultivated with the current phase of the Intermediate practice of Living Awareness. “Our inside creates our outside.” Therefore, if one’s inside state of emotion, mind, and one’s relation to body is peaceful, at ease, mindful, then one’s outer life will begin to follow suit. One reacts less, is content and unruffled more often, and actually just lets things go.
But to do so, we have to experience the reservoir of peace and ease within us, and it is there. Do this meditation a few times, and you’ll experience it.
