Layers of Vibration

Meditatively, reach up. Then sustain yourself as Awareness. If one can do that, an set of experiences unfold. Among them is the experience of being layers of vibration and not a person.

Training in meditation is to train in the subtle. Doing so increasingly makes the subtle more obvious. This is part of the path to Awareness.
