Awake, Aware, Alive

Human being. Being human. Being aware. Aware being. Being grounded. Grounded being. Yes, meditation supports all sides of these states of being.

Working directly with the mind for the last two weeks may have generated a bit of reverence for the incredible vessels which made those explorations possible—your body, your mind, your being. 

This week we will expand to include the ground upon which all of this takes place: consciousness itself.
