Simply Being

 How is it even possible that you and I are here, reading these words, breathing this breath, inhabiting these particular bodies?

We move through our days so inside our experience that we rarely pause to ask that question. Yet the very fact that you can feel your feet on the floor, your lungs drawing in air, your mind following along this sentence is nothing short of astonishing.

This week’s theme allows us to be with this experience, that of beingness.
