Trust Being

budha faceOnly meditation can provide the direct experience of Being. Meditation offers the trained mind an enhanced and expanded experience of reality, along with the relativity of any moment. One learns to meditate to develop more self-awareness, or to calm the nerves, or address pain. While those benefits are important and often necessary, the luminous perception of greater reality is the true gift of meditation. And that gift cannot be taken away once it is received and experience.
