“I believe in intuition and inspiration. Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution.” – Albert Einstein
Breath is the bridge between body and mind. Inhalation and exhalation move life through us, creating rhythm, presence and connection. In the same way, inspiration and aspiration move the mind. As we aspire, we stretch upward through the field of awareness, opening toward finer vibrational states. Here, intuition emerges and inspired thought-forms begin to make their way into the mind.
Meditation provides the solid ground from which this upward motion of the mind can unfold. When the body, emotions, and lower mind are steady, we can lift to the higher mind—reaching toward clarity, insight, and the fertile space of co-creative imagination.
This is the space where ideas are not limited by what we already know. Here, imagination flows like breath itself – at once expansive, dynamic, and transformative. Intuition and inspiration are available not as concepts to grasp, but as experiences to receive. Each inhale draws in possibility. Each exhale releases what no longer serves. Each upward sweep of the mind invites the next level of insight to emerge.
In this practice, we come to see that the body, the breath, and the mind are not separate. They are a continuous field of awareness, a living expression of consciousness. By grounding ourselves in the familiar rhythm of breath, we create a foundation from which the mind can reach higher, explore freely, and discover the vastness of imagination waiting to be realized.
And so, with steady breath and uplifted mind, we aspire, we inspire, and we allow the creative intelligence of the universe to flow through us. And so it is.
Enjoy.
