
This is the last meditation of the first half of the Practice of Living Awareness. And that is something worth noticing. Something worth appreciating. We have arrived at a kind of midpoint. A pause in the journey. A natural place to gather, to reflect, and to breathe.
There is something beautiful about a halfway mark. It is not only about what has been completed. It is also about what is opening. We can look back with appreciation, and look ahead with curiosity. We can recognize that something has been taking shape within us.
Perhaps your practice feels more familiar now. Perhaps settling has become a little easier. Perhaps the breath is more available to you. Perhaps you have come to trust that even when the mind wanders, you know how to return.
That is no small thing. That is practice.
