We engage with the fact that we are bodies of light. In the late 17th century, Sir Isaac Newton speculated “are not gross bodies and light are convertible into one another, … and may not bodies receive much of their activity from the particles of light which enter their composition?” Biophysiology and quantum physics have shown that we are indeed made of light.
