Spirit Fire’s World Service meditation focuses on Earth, and how we – as members of planet Earth – can subjectively through gratitude and awareness and objectively through right choices and actions support a thriving Mother Earth.
One way that that is cultivated is through equanimity: through learning that, in truth, all aspects and manifestations of Earth’s totality are equal in necessity, equal in grandeur, equal in creativity, equal and profoundly so.
This meditation is worth doing any day and any time because that which it seeks to elicit from the practitioner is not particular to Sunday or to a World Service meditation but to being a member of planet Earth.
