Day yields to night, night yields to day. The breath that gave us life must be released in order for us to stay alive.
That which served us as children, or through tough times or happy ones is now old. And, if we hold onto that which no longer serves as it once did, the new cannot be now.
One’s meditation practice is conditioned by the free space inside our mind, just as a computer is conditioned by the free space available on its hard drive. Letting go, cleaning out, freeing ourselves of that which no longer serves serves us and our practice tremendously. Feel it from inside. Feel your lungs soften, open, and release.
