Do you ever feel off balance, out of whack, not quite right in your body, mind or emotions? This of course happens to all of us. The cairn in this picture can represent the many aspects of the self and of life. The parts can be smooth, beautiful, jagged, rough, just the right piece at the moment, or a piece that throws us off balance. When feeling off balance, it can be so helpful to remember that there is ground beneath our feet, a vast sky above, air to breathe, water to drink, light within and light without. With a breath, and the recognition of the foundation mother earth and all of life provides, we can bring ourselves into alignment. Let’s meditate!
