Some days we feel happy and all is right with the world. Some days… well not so much. But acting as if on those tough days will bring about your ability to shine, to glow to bring your light into the world. It will affect you on every level – including your physiology and your mood, not to mention how it will affect those around you, thus bringing light into their world. Gratitude is a particularly powerful asana to hold. Think about the people and circumstances for which you are grateful, or visualize a place that is special to you, peaceful, calm and safe. Notice how good this feels. Bask in the glow. If this is your natural state – keep it coming! Put your glow on!
