It’s not always easy to fly straight, stay centered, and put one foot in front of the other when life circumstances are unpredictable. But with practice we train ourselves to come back into alignment, into the present moment with just a breath and clear intention. The winds of change will surely throw us off course again, but you know how to come back to center and to fly straight. Sometimes that life practice requires constant repetition: breath, align, come into the present, and again breath, align, come into the present. The discipline of this repetition is a good teacher, and a sure method to stay the course. Let’s practice together.
